7th Annual Special Education Conference

The HISD Office of Special Education Services’ Annual SPED Virtual Conference, will be hosted
Tuesday through Thursday, July 20-22, 2021, from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., each day.
School and Central Office Leaders, General Education Teachers, Special Education Teachers, OSES staff and all other staff who support instruction are encouraged to attend.

The day by day overview for the 3-day virtual conference can be found below:

Day 1 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (New and Returning Department Chairs/Leaders/SPED Staff)

8:30 a.m. – 12:00 a.m. Building Systems of Support for New Department Chairs/SPED Staff)
12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. Launch of Progress Track in EasyIEP (All Audiences)
3:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. N2Y Systems Navigation: Admin Coaching for N2Y
